Assistance In Preparation Of Expression Of Interest By Resolution Applicants

An expression of interest (EoI) under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) of 2016 is an invitation to interested parties to acquire sale assets. The PRA submitting the EOI should meet the Eligibility Criteria as set out in the detailed EOI issued by the RP. WWIPE provides support services in preparation of EOI in the prescribed format as set out in the detailed EOI along with the supporting documents as required by the RP.

Assistance In Preparation Of Resolution Plans

WWIPE ensures that a resolution plan shall provide for the measures, as may be necessary, for insolvency resolution of the corporate debtor for maximization of value of its assets. We make sure that the resolution plan must meet the criteria as laid down by the RP in the RFRP and evaluation matrix, i.e., a list of parameters and the manner of application of such parameters, as approved by the CoC so that the RA shall score maximum marks as per the matrix.
