Practicing Chartered Accountant since July 1988 (36 years) & Insolvency Professional since May 2017(7 years). Till date handled/handling 39 assignments (Including 27 in own name) either as an IRP/RP (CIRP & PG to CD cases)/Liquidator (Including Voluntarily Liquidation)/ Process Advisor mainly in Real Estate, EPC, Retail, Textile, Food Industry sectors. The renowned IBC assignments are of Emaar Lands, Ansal, Tayo Rolls (Tata Co). Some of the assignments are known nationally & travelled upto Supreme Court for final adjudication. Regularly, advices many Public & Private Sector Banks (Panelled with them also), NBFC’s and Large Business Houses on practical intricacies of IBC. Member of various Statutory IBC Committees. Visiting faculty at various seminars/webinars including at international level held by ICAI, ICSI, CBI, Study Circles, Associations etc and is a renowned speaker on IBC and regularly write articles on IBC in various National Newspapers/Magazines (83+ Lectures on IBC) and has written 2 Books on IBC also.
