Chartered Accountant
A Science Graduate and a Fellow Member of ICAI, a Registered Insolvency Professional with The Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India. He has extensive experience of more than 24 years in the field of Finance, Taxation, Corporate Law and Auditing and held top management positions as CFO/ Director Finance in a group of companies engaged in the business of Real Estate, Hospitality, Information Technology and Education.
He has experience in dealing BIFR Matters, financial restructuring, One Time Settlements, merger and acquisitions, share purchase transactions, arranging financial facilities, management dispute resolution. He has rich experience of handling Income Tax matters including search & seizure cases and appearing before appellate authorities. He has in depth knowledge of Corporate Laws, SEBI Regulations, Accounting Standards and various other Corporate & Industrial Laws. He has good amount of exposure in dealing with compliance of Listed Companies, SEBI and Stock Exchanges. Has been actively involved in several cases under related to IBC 2016 in various capacities.

A registered Insolvency Professional with IBBI and enrolled with Indian Institute of Insolvency Professionals of ICAI having a very good understanding of NCLT processes, legal aspects, financial structuring and loans documentation, etc. with an overall professional experience of around three dacades. Being a Chartered Accountant by profession, worked more like a techno commercial executive in past 15 years of his career. His financial expertise combined with understanding of the business aspects whether in India or overseas, crucial for handling any IRP / RP assignment. Have an extensive experience of nearly 30 years’ out of which spent the first 14 years on predominantly finance / commercial functions with business strategies as secondary function. Later, in Jubilant Group, He worked for 11 years at a strategic / business head roles & later 3 years as Co-Founder of his own venture, EnSearch Petroleum, before being a consultant to Oil & Gas Industry. Made significant acquisitions of oil blocks on very attractive terms in the company co-founded by him and raised private equity from overseas market at attractive valuation in 2007 despite it being a start up. Also raised considerable funds from various banks in his fund raising stint for various projects.

Shashi Kant Nemani is an Insolvency Professional registered with IBBI, having over 30 years’ of experience in various aspects of Finance, Audit, Accounts and Law. He is a member of the Indian Institute of Insolvency Professionals of ICAI, New Delhi. He has vast experience in project evaluation, implementation and monitoring of projects. He has helped companies in organizational restructuring, installation of systems and procedures besides advising on formation of companies, Joint Ventures, collaborations, settlements, etc. His special expertise is in Project Financing includes Business valuation, Techno economic viability study. Has long and varied experience in dealing in stressed accounts including TEVS studies, valuation, dealing in legal matters under BIFR, SICA, DRT, arranging settlement of accounts between lender and borrower/new investors.
