A registered Insolvency Professional with IBBI and enrolled with Indian Institute of Insolvency Professionals of ICAI having a very good understanding of NCLT processes, legal aspects, financial structuring and loans documentation, etc. with an overall professional experience of around three dacades. Being a Chartered Accountant by profession, worked more like a techno commercial executive in past 15 years of his career. His financial expertise combined with understanding of the business aspects whether in India or overseas, crucial for handling any IRP / RP assignment. Have an extensive experience of nearly 30 years’ out of which spent the first 14 years on predominantly finance / commercial functions with business strategies as secondary function. Later, in Jubilant Group, He worked for 11 years at a strategic / business head roles & later 3 years as Co-Founder of his own venture, EnSearch Petroleum, before being a consultant to Oil & Gas Industry. Made significant acquisitions of oil blocks on very attractive terms in the company co-founded by him and raised private equity from overseas market at attractive valuation in 2007 despite it being a start up. Also raised considerable funds from various banks in his fund raising stint for various projects.
